Pyjamarama is on Monday 12th June.  This involves dressing in Pyjamas
(with appropriate clothing underneath ) or a brightly coloured T-shirt and bringing in a favourite bedtime story to share with the class.  This day was originally planned for Key Stage 2 but last year some Key Stage 3 students chose to join in, which was a pleasant surprise.  We welcome £1 donations for the Book Trust's disadvantaged children book scheme, but the day is entirely voluntary and supposed to be fun.

Please tell children not to worry if they don't want to take part.  It's supposed to be a relaxed way to encourage a love of reading at home and school.

We also have an author visiting Key Stage 2 to share her new story book after first break.
